2011年推出的新型的产品,根据中汇液压的总结,PGM型齿轮泵,这种齿轮泵比以往的PGH系列齿轮泵有所不同的是,PGM系列是中压型的齿轮泵,而PGH是高压系列齿轮泵。PGM型特点有:1、定排量量,2、低工作噪声

3、低的流量脉动,4、由于密封间隙补偿即使在低转速和低粘度油液时也有高效率,5、适用于宽广的粘度和转速范围,6、所有的机型规格和排量规格都能互相组合,7、可以与内啮合齿轮泵PGF泵、叶片泵和轴向柱塞泵进行组合,8、适于使用HFC液压油(密封形式“W”)。通过前几点跟PGH系列齿轮泵特点相同。REXROTH油泵结构1)柱塞泵它是由于柱塞缸体相对传动轴倾斜一角度而使柱塞作往复运动。流量调节依靠摆动柱塞缸体的角度来实现,故有的又称摆缸式。它与斜盘式相比,工作可靠,流量大,但结构复杂。轴向柱塞泵与径向柱塞泵比较,排出压力高,它一般可在2050MPa范围内工作,效率也高,径向尺寸小、结构紧凑、体积小、重量轻。但结构较径向柱塞泵复杂,加工制造要求高
